- Entry forms are available at customer service counter Ipoh City Council or can be downloaded directly from this site.
- The closing date for entries is on 18th March 2012 and all entries must be submitted before 5.00 pm.
- Each entry will be charged for each photograph submitted. Payment shall be made in the form of Postal Order (Money Order) payable to the "ARMED PERAK photographic 'and shall be sent to the Competition Secretariat address (as in Application Form)
- RM 5.00 a piece (Student Category) and RM 10.00 a piece (Open Category)
- For submission by mail, please enclose the form, entry & proof of payment and address to:
